ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Tina! I’m an architect turned pastry chef with a passion for creating delicious sweet treats.
I was brought up understanding that the kitchen is one of the most important rooms of a home; an outlet for creativity, a space of sanctuary to escape from daily stress and a laboratory for experimentation and innovation.
This mindset is what sent me abroad to study patisserie and work as a trained pastry chef and in turn brought me back to Malta to start Tina’s Dolcerija.
