ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
SERVICE
Service includes delivery and set up of a banquet style afternoon tea. Food to be delivered in hot/cold catering coolers and is to be set up by TINA’S a maximum of one hour before consumption. Please consider that this might be after/as your guests arrive. Warm items may need to be reheated on client’s premises. Tea/coffee to be supplied by client.
Serving trays and stands to be supplied by TINA’S which be collected after the event. Tables, chairs, tablecloth, side plates, tea cups and cutlery to be provided by clients.
Rental of crockery and cutlery may be provided at an additional cost.
Rental of 10ltr hot water boiler at an additional cost of €20.00.
MINIMUM ORDER
The above packages are quoted on a minimum of 12 guests. For any number small than that, service charge and food items will be quoted separately.
ORDER TIMELINE
It is recommended that orders are placed at least one month in advance. Depending on availability, events at shorter notice may be accommodated, although this cannot be guaranteed. An order is confirmed once the quote is accepted and the first deposit is paid.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
TINA’S afternoon tea menu has a variety of options however specific dietary requirements can be accommodated upon request. Menu items will be created and priced depending on season and client preference. Please note that TINA’S is not an allergen free kitchen. It is important to let TINA’S know if any guests suffer from a food allergy.

Confirmation Deposit: 10%
Second Deposit: 55% one month before event
Final Deposit: 35% one week prior
